Bio Feta cheese from Mytilene on the island of Lesvos, the only island in the Aegean that can produce PGI (protected geographical indication) Feta. Lesvos lies in North-Eastern Aegean. It is the third biggest Greek island and one of the first to be inhabited in ancient Greece. The Aeolikos company producing rosmarin’s BIO Feta renovated its facilities in 2009 but has been involved in the production of traditional Feta cheese since the 1970s.

Rosmarins line of Graviera cheeses is called „Bliss Point“, because it is so exceptional that when you taste it, you taste Bliss! It is the best Cretan Graviera matured in caves, simple or with herbs (Thyme, Throumbi), with four different peppers or with Truffle. Graviera is a type of cheese with a very particular taste that one does not find elsewhere. It is loved in Greece but still rather unknown in the European market and rosmarin aspires to impress Viennese with a quality unmatched!


The famous Prosciuto from Evritania could not be missing from rosmarin’s range of Delicacies! Rosmarin’s Ham assortment is complemented by the very special “wine-ham”, a pork cut in thin slices, marinated in wine and herbs and baked in a wood-stove and “Lonza” a very soft type of air-dried Ham.
