Warm Dakos with "Greek Salad" sauce

Ingredients

Dakos Miterra
1 jar Wise Greece “Greek Salad” sauce
1 tomato chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 jar caper
1 piece of feta cheese Aeolikos Bio
Kalamata olives Sativa
Greek Salad mix Delicious Crete
Extra virgin olive oil Miterra

Cooking instructions

Use the “Greek salad” sauce as a spread and place a thick layer over the rusks. This will immediately add a great flavor to your rusks! 

In a frying pan with a little olive oil, put the chopped onion until it gets a golden color and then add the chopped tomato. Leave them for a while until the tomatoes become soft and add salt and pepper.

Take a piece of foil and place a thick piece of feta cheese. Add a pinch of the Greek Salad mix, some olive oil and fold the foil to create a beautiful package. Place the package into the oven for 10 minutes until it is hot.

Let’s return to the rusks. Place the hot piece of feta cheese over the rusks, pour the onions with the tomato, add a few capers and olives.

Finish your dish with a pinch of Greek salad mix and a some extra virgin olive oil.
