Cretan snails: a gourmet delicacy


Can be used directly from the jar as a delicious starter (called "meze" in Greece). 
Tip: The rest of the olive oil from the jar can be used within 3 days to aromatize a simple risotto, pasta, salad or vegetables!

Alternatively use it as a key ingredient with risotto or pasta: Heat some Arodama olive oil and add the Arodama snails with vinegar, rosemary, raisins, seas salt and mix well. Finish off with a small glass of Tsikoudia. Once the alcohol has gone add some chopped tomatoes and simmer over low heat 8-10 minutes. Serve with your favourite fresh pasta or risotto.
