Chilli con Carne

Chilli con carne (4 portions)

  • 250 g minced meat (beef)
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 250 ml of beef soup
  • 500 ml of tomatoes (Idiston handmade tomato sauce)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 5 tomatoes (medium, blanched and cut in pieces)
  • 1 can of beans (white)
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 2 Peppers (cut in cubes)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red pepper powder
  • oregano


A chili con carne with minced-meat recipe that is super easy and fast prepared.

Heat a large, deep pan, pour in the olive oil and sauté the minced meat until it is nicely crumbly.

Add the tomato paste, pour in the beef soup and let cook.

Add the corn, tomatoes, peppers and beans and simmer until the peppers are soft.

Before serving, season the chili con carne with the spices.

Serve with nachos as a side dish!
