Ingredients for 4 persons:
4 peppers, 1 orange, 1 onion, 150 g longcorn rice, 400 g minced meat, 1 TL curry, 1 tsp paprikapowder, 500 ml tomato paste, salt, pepper
Wash the peppers, peel off the lid and hollow out. Clean the lid and pods. Use a pointed knife to carve a pumpkin face: three triangles form eyes and nose, a sickle is the mouth. Peel the onions and chop them finely. Prepare the rice.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C (circulating air). Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the meat and fry for about 5 minutes. Drain the rice, add to the mass. Then season with salt, pepper, curry and paprikapowder and pour into the hollowed peppers. Place the peppers in an ovenproof form without the lid and bake for about 30 minutes. Cover with the lid after 15 minutes, and bake further.
